I’m not going to make a resolution, instead I’m going to make a list of things I plan on doing/accomplishing during this year.
- Starting the day I am cleared to work out again, I will lose 4lbs a week until I’ve reached 170lbs.
- Train 4 times a week minimum and work towards my purple belt.
- Compete in BJJ/Grappling tournaments including Worlds, Pan-Ams (no gi most likely), etc.
- Learn enough Portuguese to be conversation at the minimum
- Fight at least 2 MMA/Thai fights
- Get in shape so that in 2012 I can do a mini-marathon/triathlon.
- Save money so that I am not stressed and broke when the slow season comes around.
- Pay off my car so I can get rid of it.
- Meditate and get more in touch with my spiritual side. I feel like this is a big part of what’s missing in my life and will help to make me a better person overall.
