Ugh

Weight drop is going well. Averaging 1-2 pounds a day right now.

Did a Bikram Yoga class today and it kicked my ass BIG TIME.  Came home, showered, passed out for an hour and did some Muay Thai.  Tomorrow I wake up and do most of it again.

New schedule is looking like this:

Monday: Yoga, Conditioning (if I can), Muay Thai

Tuesday: Strength & Conditioning, Jits, Swimming

Wednesday: Conditioning, Muay Thai

Thursday: Strength & Conditioning, Jits, Swimming

Friday: Conditioning, Jits

Saturday: Yoga, Swimming

Sunday: REST
